Accommodation costs will be charged at 1000 DKK per night if:
- the driving distance, flight schedules and start time of the event mean that I have to depart my house before 06:00  or arrive home after 02:00
- it is a multiple day event and I will not be able to have a minimum of 12 hours at home in between days
